Welcome to the Nana Yobo Research Group and the Platinum Element Geochemistry Laboratory at Texas A&M University. Our group uses non-traditional radiogenic and stable metal isotopes, along with other geochemical tools, to decode past environmental events—from changes in ocean chemistry and ocean anoxic events to mass extinctions—and model how these events shaped the Earth system.
